Dear Sir/Madam,

My Tata sky set top box stopped working on 8thAugust morning. Till 8th aug 2 am till was working all fine when last I switched off the TV.

On enquiry about the issue at your call center the executive guided with me few switch on/off

options but the set top box was not responding I checked all the cables and wires connected properly but I didn't find anything wrong.

On discussing the issue with call center executive he was unable to help me and said will have to register a complain and a technician

to be replaced and there is no other options. He also said that I am not a hardware technician , I can only replaced the box . Charges will be 400 rs and visit charges 150 rs.

This has happened twice with me, replacing Tata sky set top box without any reason and charging 550 Rs

On 8th August being an holiday entire day TV was off so i decided to call the technician. Technician from Tata sky was very prompt and he visited the place in afternoon. On checking the issue he said your Tata sky box has some hardware issue and needs
