@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD From last 3 Days, I have raised a complaint that I am unable to access the internet. Daily there is an ETA but no resolution yet. I don't think you understand the meaning of ETA. Act CS representative straight away mention 72 hrs whenever you call.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have scheduled a technician visit on 28th but no one visited. When I call to complain the support staffs are rescheduling it without my permission. Now I recharge the fiber for 7 days now 3 days are already gone. When will this get resolved?

@RailMinIndia The train no. 20892 has not reached the destination yet, it is yet to reach the destination. Still it is reflecting as reached location railway Official site. Atleast Vande Bharat should reach on time or else display the correct information on OW. Thank you

@JioCare in my locality someone was facing issue with the jio. Technical came to resolve the issue. However, I don't know what they have done, my internet was gone. When I asked them what they have done. They ask me to contact jio CS. But who will be responsible for today loss.

@JioCare No resolution, only repeatation of same statement. Not accepting the fault of your executive. Really disappointed by the way, you handled it. In tribal areas people are using jio fiber, whereas in city Iam unable to get the service.

@reliancejio @JioCare I recently faced a issue. I booked jio fiber, the person came verified every information, took the joining fee and booked. Today it was cancelled stating address verification failed without informing. When i contacted the technician said all ports occupied.

@TataSky @haritnagpal Sir, your tata sky is sending bogus msg to the customer. Now, when i am asking for it or even a justification. Customer service doesn't have any resolution to it. If you can't live upto it, what you send. Then please stop sending bogus msg to attract people.
