@TheTennisTalker What a struggle, mainly because of Harriet’s non venomous serve. Also I always feel the single handed backhand should be dominated these days by the double hander. But they cancelled each other out.
@Doug2vozm@kelvmackenzie You can say what someone did wrong after they’ve died, especially if you said the same when they were alive. You can also say nobody deserves to be killed.
@johngreenstree4@kelvmackenzie Ah yes, another public enquiry. How long do you want for this one, 3 years is about the average. Meantime we’ll just carry on with no improvements or recommendations until the report.
@kelvmackenzie Wrong. It’s being INVESTIGATED by counter terrorism police. I know you’re just a sensationalist tabloid hack but I presume even you can read.
@MailSport@TheTennisTalker So, well I suppose they had a plan A & B (maybe a C)! A stretch to imagine Katie’s Wimbledon would get in the way, though Alex was genuinely gutted not to get past the last 16!
@LouiseMensch Still the GB#1 which isn’t currently threatened. And BTW @gilescoren if you insist on mocking Britain’s top tennis talent, try asking the top 10 in the world if they get most of their money from tennis or elsewhere…
@BBCNews@nickeardleybbc Nick, you’re going to have to clarify that bit in the article that says a Miliband appointment as Chancellor would annoy Labour MPs who say it’d be moving to the Left. You then say Sharon Graham opposes the appointment…but she’s more left than the lot of them. Clarify please!
@TheTennisTalker If any then Dan. But not sure how far my sympathies should go given he gave seeding committee just days notice of his imminent retirement.
@TheTennisTalker So basically any player announcing they are retiring should be considered for tournament wildcards for the rest of that year? Wimbledon were given a few days notice before their committee sat. Wawrinka & Monfils have been living off that sentiment for months.
