again and again and they weren’t even able to resolve the issue as they were saying that they’re checking with the back-end team. This is the worst consumer experience , because firstly they’re pushing the date of refund everyday for more than a month,

and on 13 November 2024 bookymshow app started showing that they have refunded the money in my original payment mode , but I haven’t received a single penny, then i had to talk to their customer care executives

I cancelled the tickets on 8 october 2024 and after 3-4 days the app started showing that i will get my refund in 7-10 days, but after 7-10 days the app started showing that the refund is delayed and i will get my refund in 7-10 days from that particular day

but due to some reason they had to change the date of the show from 15 November to 16 November, and my brother is getting married on 16 so i had to apply for refund because it wasn’t my mistake they had to push one day further.
