issue.” How do you expect a customer to take it forward, if the communication is closed from Amazon’s end ?
@AmazonHelp My father has already responded to all communications from Amazon. They are asking him to return the genuine product which was not delivered. He has already returned the fake product that was delivered. Amazon specialists have also concluded their investigation in the matter

@AmazonHelp I had a chat with the social media team earlier but the issue still persists. The link you gave me takes me to the regular customer care who take care of individual instances. This issue has been happening for every return I request
@AmazonHelp I have reported and every time they help me with a new pickup date. Can’t this be fixed ? I have never faced this on any of the other addresses.
@AmazonHelp Hi Naser, I have been facing issues with returns ever since I moved to this new address. Amazon pickup agent marks items as “verification failed” without even visiting my home and I have to contact Amazon customer care again requesting for a revised pickup date.
