@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares thanks for hopeless comunication and hopeless service. You can call 10 times a day for credit cards but can't call for a single time to say Jet Privilege card is going to be cancelled (due to JET is not working).
No help from Branch...

@HDFC_Bank today i am travelling abroad and what a coincidence that you blocked the card yesterday without any call or sms, only email intimation that in December 2022.
What a nice way of communication
