Our paper titled "DeepScaleTool : a Tool for the Accurate Estimation of Technology Scaling in the Deep-Submicron Era" got accepted for @IEEEISCAS. The tool provides an accurate estimation of tech. scaling from 130 nm to 7 nm for the key parameters. More info below (1/2)
