Dear Pseudo-Woke @ReallySwara, it's astonishing how you deflect the real issue by pointing out flaws in vegetarianism to justify the brutal slaughter of millions of animals. Yes, depriving a calf of its mother's milk is cruel, but how does that make the mass killing of animals acceptable? The logic you used to counter @NalinisKitchen's pride in being vegetarian is deeply flawed and disturbing.

AND YOUR HYPOCRISY DOESN'T END HERE, SWARA... You raise concerns about crackers scaring pets and Holi colors causing discomfort to animals, yet you celebrate a festival that involves slaughtering animals in the most brutal manner. The hypocrisy is glaring. You selectively choose which animal cruelty to condemn and which to celebrate based on convenience.
Your left-sided politics often promote compassion and equality, yet here you are defending a tradition of cruelty. This selective morality is not just inconsistent but also hypocritical.

As someone about to become a mother, you should be setting a better example. I don't have a problem with food choices or being a non-vegetarian, but attacking someone who is proud of their food choices is absurd! Justifying such cruelty under the guise of tradition is not only irresponsible but morally bankrupt. Learn to call out wrongdoings, regardless of the context. This video was circulated via WhatsApp. Why does such content exist on WhatsApp channels? What if it takes the life of a young boy? Who will be held responsible for such bigotry? What if there was a girl involved here instead of a boy? Would this matter become more sincere then? if yes, it only shows the plight of our society!
