4. Delivery rescheduled out of frustration by Customer service representative on 9th Sept, without my consent.

Pathetic customer service by @amazonIN ! Order placed on 3rd Sept, Shipment started on 6th Sept, Arrived at final delivery station on 7th Sept and from then onwards no updates !

I do not even know if I will get this package delivered to me ! Shipment started in Bhiwandi and it took 4 days to arrive in Mumbai, final delivery station. And from then onwards it has been 2 days but it has not been delivered to me (Mumbai)

1. No action taken on my order from 3rd Sept until 6th Sept.
2. No delivery agent assigned till now, 10th Sept, even after package arrived at final delivery station on 7th Sept at 5 in the morning.
