I have come to a conclusion. To understand any complex concept cooking related examples are the best.

From understanding ethnicities to tech , cooking can generate a maskable example to make someone understand way better in layman terms.

Async isn’t “faster” by default. It’s better at waiting.

Example:
A chef can cook 1 pizza (sync) or take 20 pizza orders and work on others while the ovens are busy (async). The oven isn’t faster—the chef just isn’t standing around waiting.

For CPU-heavy work like encrypting 1M passwords, async often adds overhead and can even be slower. For I/O-heavy work like APIs, databases, and file downloads, async shines because most of the time is spent waiting. 🚀
