Aprende a usar google sheets, excel o similar, te va servir en cualquier trabajo aunque no tengas una computadora enfrente (hay app celular) y para llevar cuentas de economía personal o del hogar.

@CattardSlim FYI not even a real 5-day work week in Mexico, the limit of "normal" work hours will be reduced from 48 to 40 gradually by 2030 (there can still be up to 6 days of work in those 40 hrs). They also increased the limit of legal overtime, we are just slightly less fucked.

So I didn't want to write about my mom passing away last September because I thought it wouldn't change anything, but I guess I've been just bottling feelings away... But things happened so here we go.

🏚️🧳 ENTREGARON LA CASA TAL COMO LA ALQUILARON

El episodio se vivió en Córdoba, donde una familia decidió alquilar un dúplex recién terminado, al cual le fueron incorporando mejoras durante los tres años que allí vivieron. Según detalló el inquilino, el patio tenía solo tierra y los días de lluvia era imposible circular por la casa sin generar barro. Además, los desagües no estaban bien hechos, y por eso sumaron mejoras con césped y obras. Lo mismo con las aberturas de la planta alta que no tenían rejas y ellos se las pusieron por seguridad.

🚧 En tanto, al momento de dejar la propiedad, hablaron con la inmobiliaria para ver si el dueño les reconocía las mejoras, entre ellas la construcción de una pileta de material. Al recibir la negativa del propietario, decidieron llevarse todo y hasta tapar la pileta con cemento.
