Day 95
Around three months ago I started a 6-month period to work on a few things.
I’ve decided to stop RTTM.
From now, my focus is only on

- DFC ( https://t.co/wOq4s9JKXt )
Day 56 Log (7th May)
For as long as I can remember, I’ve never been the “focus on one thing” type. People have suggested it countless times, and I’ve tried — but since very long I’ve always ended up working on multiple things at once. This time in business is exactly the same.
I don’t have the freedom to drop everything else right now. I need to streamline (and partially automate) Flamboyance Furniture properly so I can actually pour real energy into DFC and Road to the Moon.

Identified how to streamline the processes.
Setting up the website + basic Instagram profile to run lead generation ads on Meta.
Spent the past few months building a small team who can now independently handle major parts of a project. Time to start delegating more responsibility. But first I have to make sure we set up processes properly and generate enough leads through Meta / Google ads so the business can sustain itself without constantly pulling me away. We were heavily dependent on word of mouth marketing till now.
DFC ( https://t.co/ZR1dHgizAj )
Stabilized a little. We’re doing 6–7k revenue a day. Still small, but after switching from the wrong agency we’re being very strict about keeping everything profitable. Just cannot afford to repeat the same mistake that I did last time. I have decided a bare minimum basic manufacturing cost for each product, and whatever something gets dispatched from the factory the settlement account pays for it right then.
Road to the Moon ( https://t.co/7cFijQyv9Q )
Ran ads in March but they weren’t converting at all. Yesterday I pulled in all the past year’s data — sales, ads, everything. The clearest takeaway: we very strongly need to increase average order value. This is a lifestyle business — very visual and feeling-led. It lives and breathes on Instagram, so that’s exactly how I have to treat it now.
More updates soon. Back at it.
Day 45
Life spiraled. Took a pause.
Back now. More to share soon.

Day 25 Log
- New updated images are live, finally !
- Will ramp up ads, add coupons, add deals and optimise listing copy tomorrow.
- Samples are not complete, but should be available to share soon.
Day 23 Log
- On day 16 I was talking about a substantial thing that might happen, which might free up a lot of my mental space. It did not happen.
- Irrespective, I are back at it.
- Completed all the listing images today. We will upload and update all the listings tomorrow.
- Have to make this happen, have to make this work.
- Should also have DFC flow products and samples ready in a few days.
Day 16 Log
- Something substantial might happen this week, which will free up my time and mental space to let me 'actually' work on these two ventures. Hope it happens.
- I've actually spent a lot of time with these side supporting stuff. Looking back I feel, I did waste a lot of days.
- Wife's helping a lot to keep the work moving, while I have lately lagged.
Day 15 Log
DFC & RTTM
- Both of them have been going slower than planned. Life events derail stuff. Will share a week plan tomorrow and will stick to it.
