Left T-mobile March 2024 after not receiving anything they promised! 10-12 trips into the store. Nothing but incompetence and lies! Customer Care said it would be handled. Nothing. Given wrong/old codes for Apple TV No code ever sent for Netflix!

These unfair practices by T-Mobile are unacceptable. Switched to T-Mobile in August 2023. The promotion was pay off our existing cell phones, receive a cell phone up to $1000, Netflix, Apple TV, AAA and never received any of it! Should be illegal!

Same just happened to me. This should be illegal. I got tricked by a Chase Rep who did a good job selling me into using Quick Accept and now have already canceled my 15 year A + merchant Hold a merchant deposit for 120 days!!??

@atlantisbahamas Worse customer service I have experienced in a long time!!! Sent emails to customer service and casino VIP yesterday still nothing!🤬. No response!! Their system keeps you on hold for 1 hour and then disconnects you!! 3 hours total on hold no one ever picked up.
