Delhi Police say, "A case was registered on the formal complaint of M/s Hero FinCorp Ltd. (through its authorized legal representative), a registered Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC). As per the complaint, the complainant company discovered via system alerts from HDFC Bank that unauthorized debit transactions had been systematically carried out from the corporate bank account without any form of authorization, instruction, consent, or prior knowledge of the company management. A total of 317 unauthorized digital transactions amounting to a staggering 12,84,09,997/- were routed out into 34 distinct primary layer bank accounts.

Consequently, a FIR u/s 308/318(4)/319/340 BNS PS Spl. Cell was registered and investigation was taken up.

However, swift technical intervention by the IFSO Unit has successfully managed to put a lien/hold on an amount of Rs 1.7 Crore in the fraudulent accounts to preserve the cheated capital.

The team obtained and analyzed details of the alleged bank accounts and mobile phones records involved in the scam were analyzed. Raids were conducted all over India and 5 persons were arrested/apprehended in this case.

1.Abhay Kumar Solanki, R/o PS-Khurja Dehat, Tehsil- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahar. Rs. 60,000 was credited in his account and withdrawn from ATM.

2.Lovely, R/o Kailash Nagar, Kurukshetra, Haryana, Age-26 yrs. He is the Account Holder of Property Gallery, Central Bank of India, Thanesar, Kurukshetra in which an amount of Rs. 80 Lakhs was received. He had opened the bank account on the allurement of one Satyam r/o Cheeka, Kaithal, Haryana who is still absconding.

3.Naman Kumar, R/o Sumer Nagar, Q Block, Man Sarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He is the account holder of Infirmity Services., Yes Bank, Jaipur in which an amount of Rs. 40 Lakhs was received. He had also given his IndusInd Bank account in which about Rs 70 lacs were credited. (This account is linked to 43 Complaints on NCRP across India). He met co-accused Harman through one Vikas who operated his IndusInd Bank account for receiving and transferring the cheated amount by installing an APK File on the mobile phone of Naman.
He also introduced Naman to one Sourav of Delhi. Naman went to Delhi and stayed in Hotel Nirvana Residency, Krishana Nagar, Delhi where his Yes Bank account was operated using the above Modus Operandi.

4.Harman, aged 24 years, R/o Village-Mankasar Tehsil-Bajju, Bikaner, Rajasthan. Harman was in contact with various Chinese Groups on Telegram and was also in direct contact with one Devender Singh Chauhan r/o Udaipur Rajasthan on Telegram, who used to convert the cheated money in USDT and transfer it to Fraudsters based abroad. Harman had obtained and operated the bank account of Naman on commission basis. He had received about Rs 1.5 Lacs as commission from Devender Singh

5.Vikas R/o Jaipur, Rajasthan, Age-30 yrs. Vikas is a Relationship Manager in RBL Bank Jaipur. He had helped the account holder Naman to open accounts in Yes bank and IndusInd and introduced him to the account facilitator Harman."
