This video sums it all. Uber is basically trying to integrate Uber eat services seamlessly into the customer journey. It's a complementary feature that doesn't otherwise break the experience so a win-win way to maximize ARPU.

@vivekraju93 It's a high CapEx loss making biz (have seen it first hand at Verizon), although things have changed in the states with the introduction of 5G services. I would bank on non linear innovation even here in India though it's a stretch statement for now.🤞🏻
