I have already sent couple of DMs to you like 3 hours ago. No one has replied back to them yet. I have again shared a photo and video of the stated issue related to my order in my DMs. Please read them and resolve the refund issue. It has been over 23 days and no refund has been issued. This is very unprofessional.

Order ID 207361301720212 Received a damaged 250ml baby bottle via Instamart; broken box, missing parts (cap, nipple, airvent, lid). 23+ days, still no refund! Support via app/email/calls is unresponsive. Is this customer service or theft?
@harshamjty@rohitisb@SwiggyInstamart is this called a good customer service from your team & company? Your team was unable to deliver a simple product to a customer in a good condition. Damaged product with missing parts has been delivered. No refund, no replacement nothing has happend yet!
