@qrsupport@qatarairways After cancellation why I should read terms and conditions. I already followed the 100%refund not while booking the tickets. Now you are explaining the conditions are not fair enough.
@qatarairways first time booked a ticket with Qatar airways, cancelled a ticket within 24 hours and received a voucher. Now hidden rules given by the customer team cancellation of the voucher will take 60USD fees. Then what is the definition of 100% refund within 24hours.
@qrsupport@qatarairways I received your message what the executive same said. But I don't want to pay any single penalty amount which I don't deserve to pay. 100% refund means it should be in terms of cash to convert from vouchers. That's it.
@SwiggyCares That is what I am saying no one is joining swiggy by watching your cancelling policy, sometimes human mistakes makes cancelled order either from your side or from customer side, but @SwiggyCares is doing really big fraud by not returning amount.
@SwiggyCares So you run a business who cancels an order on your own and then charges 100% from the customer. Nice business. #fraudbyswiggy. I can assume if you cancel one order from a location, huge earnings by swiggy on a cancellation charge only.
