@airindia booked a ticket in premium economy to London flight got changed to economy to London and for refund y do I have to fill a form? When the airline changed the booking you should process the refund automatically!

And also there maintenance and service is so poor they knew seat is reclining and they did not take any efforts to repair the seats from more than 2 weeks the guy at check in counter told us ! This happened 2 time to me alone in business class

Seoul today but yesterday late night cancelled msg came at 10 pm and was offered no re-scheduling and had to buy tickets in different airlines and lot of headache & 3 times the price than a normal ticket !! Why should anyone fly with such poor service?
