Weeks later, my complaint is still unresolved. Calls, emails, appellate escalation, DMs everything done.

The only thing Airtel’s support team has mastered is acting like jokers, passing the issue around instead of resolving it.

Your team has achieved something superb, they’ve ensured that a single complaint is open for weeks despite calls, appellate escalation, and X post.
At this point, the escalation process seems far more efficient at delaying resolution than delivering it.

Now, those laid-off can't withdraw their EPF until 12 months of unemployment.

As I say, EPFO is social security for the govt. not for the employees !
