I have raised complaint 10199853 on 22nd Oct with all details n was told within 48 hours will get resolution.
It’s been more than 20 days and min 5 followup but no resln #shame
You charge customer with defining timelines but do you have respect for customer issues?

@airindiain @Jaipur_Airport @JM_Scindia As per latest guidelines it is clearly mentioned that RT PCR 48 hours is required for unvaccinated, however Air India person in Jaipur is telling it is still required. Can people on each Airport are guided properly on guideline.

@flyspicejet @DGCAIndia @IATA please let us know how individuals supposed to book ticket with such responses from @flyspicejet. I have checked with local office in Jaipur Spicejet and they told they are not sure. At same time responses here are so unclear and booking are on-going.

@aaijprairport @JM_Scindia Hello, As per new rule for fly to Dubai, Rapid PCR needs to be done and not Rapid Antigen test before 4 hours. Can you please confirm if Jaipur airport can support to provide Rapid PCR test within 4 hours of flight departure?

@JM_Scindia Sir for flying to UAE, Rapid RT PCR test is mandatory and few Airport have already implemented it. Can you please have team support to check specifically for Jaipur Airport @aaijprairport thats this get implemented. Else people have to travel other cities.

Because there are many stranded international travelers due to Covaxin. Serum is also playing critical role in helping international travelers but BharatBiotec not at all.
