Lost 3 Tesla orders in 7 days. First order was an inventory order, but due to some “logistical issue” Tesla changed the pick up location to a place several hours away. Had to cancel, spend several days getting order fees refunded. 🤷🏽‍♂️. T1

My @Costco tires that are still in warranty developed leak in 1. Classified road hazard. They can’t fix, and suggesting to change all 4 tires. But due to some technicalities not applying cross axle warranty, and suggesting me to purchase 4 new myself. 5 year warranty is sham.

@qatarairways On a tkt with 21h transit in Doha. Booked when visa on arrival was available. Temporarily that got suspended, but Qatar airways didn’t notify us. Didn’t tell us while boarding. Stuck at airport with 5 yr old. No accommodation provided, no upgrade for next leg.

@qatarairways 3. Airport and online staff got no authority or desire to help, or make exceptions for providing poor service. Sing the same tune “these are our policies”.

@qatarairways Just to summarize #QatarAirways
1. No notifications on visa requirement changes. Multiple customers stranded after landing at destination.
2. No empathy for customers with 21 hour layover at airport with toddler (5 year old), due to 1. No accommodation, no free upgrades.

@qatarairways That’s a usual process. But given the unfriendly experience Qatar airlines provided, I would have appreciated a complimentary updates (its not uncommon).

@qatarairways I just asked. But they said since economy is not full, they can’t upgrade (even if there are free seats in business). Can you help? I am at the gate.

@qatarairways Will do. It would be great if your staff can upgrade us on this last leg, as we (my 5 year old daughter, my wife and I) have been awake like zombie for last 20 hours. My flight leaves in 1.5 hours.
