I paid expecting professional service, not repeated follow-ups and complete negligence after payment. The leakage issue still exists exactly as before, causing inconvenience and potential damage at home.
Your lack of accountability and poor customer support is highly frustrating.

Still train has not reached the destination. Check with your staff whether passenger is boarded and on the train or not. Why EDR has been repudiated? Did Ticket checking staff make the wrong EDR entry? Check ASAP and refund my hard earned money.
