The much-awaited profile.
'Performative Justice: The equivocations of DY Chandrachud'
The burden of expectation on an erudite man with a sophisticated demeanour was immense. But Chandrachud’s tenure “has been two steps forward, four steps backward, six steps sideways.” My cover story for @thecaravanindia magazine.

Two years ago today, I was entrusted with the responsibility of National Spokesperson for @NCPspeaks.
From shaping our election comminications strategy to leading a delegation to Kashmir post the Pahalgam attack, and navigating intense cultural debates (from Aurangzeb's tomb to India's Got Latent), it’s been a whirlwind on the front lines!
But what has truly set this rollercoaster ride apart is the opportunity to learn directly from Pawar Saheb. Observing his legendary acumen and sharing my insights with him has been a masterclass of a lifetime.
Immense gratitude to @supriya_sule Tai for this trust, and to all of you who power me through national TV debates night after night!
#WATCH | Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra | On Cockroach Janta Party Core Committee Meeting, party Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das says, "We were asked questions about where this movement will go after the success of the protest, and we have all come to strategise around the same. We will hold discussions over it and think about how to take it to grassroot level... When we come up with something concrete on August 6th, we will inform everyone on our future strategy."
He also says, "This is a movement. While there are numerous political parties, the answer to people's pain is not another political party, but an awakening on grassroot level and this is what CJP is doing..." (04.08)
i cant believe modi got soo butthurt because of anti modi slogans and abuses out of everything at the protest hes out here forgiving students even when they did not ask for forgiveness while trying his best to cater to the youth with some corny ass propaganda ads and posters
The Prime Minister and Home Minister skittish about even stepping into Parliament, leave alone speaking on the floor of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha. Maybe they can learn about COURAGE from young cockroaches
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke reacted to Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat's planned interaction with Gen Z and Gen Alpha students in Mumbai, saying that a dialogue is "good" and that the "youth has forced" these initiatives.

Shri @narendramodi and @AmitShah are RUNNING AWAY from Parliament because they know the public mood has swung decisively against them. If there was a level playing field in elections, the @BJP4India would be resoundingly DEFEATED. Too much “Mann ki baat,” no janta ki baat, or yuva ki baat or chatron ki baat.
Are the families of these police officials holding press conferences? Or do their lives not matter??? Are the courts watching the one-sided narrative? Delhi judgement indicates NOT!!
JUST TO THANK YOU ALL...
It's 5 days since I'm back in my remote village & 12 days since I broke my fast. I've regained 6 of the 11 kilos I lost.
Thank you all for restoring my faith & hope in the youth, in the nation, and in democracy again.
"Myth-making stories of changemakers fall apart when you realise that people who change the world aren't made of anything different than the rest of us. They are simply the ones who refuse to look away'.

VIDEO | After arriving at CJP chief Abhijeet Dipke's residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, CJP chief spokesperson Saurav Das said, "There are already plenty of political parties. If people still have pain, suffering, and anguish, it means the answer is not a political party. The answer is a grassroots-level movement, an awakening. And that's what the CJP is doing."
