@mybmc @MumbaiPolice horrible traffic on the way down to Hillcrest, JVLR, Sariput Nagar Road. No pathway for even people to walk. 2 wheelers have come on the wrong side to touch JVLR causing a jam, making it impossible for a car to enter. High time the entry to the road is fixed.

@Oven_Story I requested the service centre person to connect to his manager for which I was told that I should get a call back from manager. Neither did I receive any call back, nor a replacement of the order!
Such is the customer service!
