Yeah, that’s not what happened. After WWII, the secular elements of the communist USSR caused the U.S. to veer TOWARDS Christianity as a way to invalidate ‘the Reds’. We took on the motto ‘In God We Trust’ in the 1950s, you badly educated man, as a way to combat communist mindsets. In additions, Christian nationalists began to take hold of the nation in response to the Equal Rights movement of the 1960s, and finally took major power in the early 1980s when Reagan was elected, because he catered to them. We did certainly begin to follow false idols though—those of the fundamentalist Christians, and their blasphemous, despicable worship of people like Trump. Radical Christianity has only gained power since 1945, and has resulted in their placing a pedophile defender on a pedestal above Jesus himself. The fact your profile lists yourself as ‘MAGA’ BEFORE ‘Christian’ is proof that you put false idols before Him. You put men who rape children above Christ.
