Attorney Michael Morse for the Government addressed the defenses’ witnesses and called them “irrelevant.” He stated in his closing argument that the government’s case was built on facts that the defense never acknowledged.

The defense for Durk Banks, David Lindsey and Deandre Wilson delivered their closing arguments today. Brian Steel thanked the jury and told them the prosecution has the burden of proving his client’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

“If you’re firmly convinced, then your mind is settled,” Steel told the jury, saying only one doubt should lead to a not guilty verdict. “You need one. I’m going to give you many.”
