@CarMax You are preposterous CarMax, I’m not paying $14,582.48 for payments on a vehicle that I haven’t been able to use since day 2-3 of having it when I asked for help since day one.

Not only this you lied to me deceived me saying that you would be able to help me and yet I’m still the one having to pay for a lemon vehicle that was sold to me by CarMax. A vehicle that almost killed my kids, my husband and I twice and I couldn’t operate for the whole time I had it (a year). 

After your lies and empty promises no one has offered any help or compensation towards this and that’s what’s needed at this moment because I definitely can sue if that’s better since my kids lives and mine was on the line not once but twice.

Not only the issues with safety I haven’t had a operable vehicle for a year and this has caused all types of emotional and physical distress I’m disabled and had no ride for doctors appointment my doctor terminated me due to not being able to show up due to my vehicle situation. 

The fact that all CarMax wants is money from me when they did nothing but take from me and hurt me and my family is beyond unprofessional. I have all the proof and receipts of all of this and I will definitely sue two of your locations due to this not being one time but twice you have sold me a car with issues. How do you mess up this bad CarMax??
