Today ur staff came and checked the machine and saying the drain pump and pressure sensor not working and needs to be replaced with new one with payment ....
The machine is under 10yrs of warranty....isbit a way of servicing the customer?

I purchased nexon on 15.12.2023 having vehicle no KA28 MA3850...
The car battery failed within warranty period and replaced under warranty at ur Vijayapura showroom... The replaced battery again failed within a year. Now ur ppl not giving the replacement.

Hi recently received elite card after having a telecall from ur PPL and promised that no any annual/processing charges....now they claimed rs. 5000/- and late fee total of rs. 7786/-.... previously I was using pulse card.....
