@taylorsschumann That looks helpful! I have one kid with SPD but 3 others who are sensitive to all the things too. We found a therapist who taught us SO much. One thing she taught us about was Vestibular input. There’s some great YouTube vids on it. Understanding that has been so helpful for us!
