Only a narcissist can cause chaos, play the hero, act the victim and still walk away genuinely believing they deserve praise for handling a situation they created themselves.
The psychology of human nature is strange tbh.
People can want freedom and still build routines that imprison them.
They can crave honesty and still hide the parts of themselves that feel difficult to explain.
They can say they want change while quietly protecting the identity they've built around their current life.
Human beings are complicated.

Always stay humble, and be grateful.
🔥 Neurodivergent burnout magnifies executive dysfunction. Planning, starting, organizing - already fragile - fall apart. Daily basics feel like huge projects, and the more you need recovery, the less capacity you have to reach it.

@firstladyships Not every uncomfortable truth is disrespect.
Sometimes the thing that feels like an attack is simply something our ego didn’t want to hear.
NOT every mention is an ATTACK and not every compliment is loyalty, some of y’all just need an enemy so you don’t have to SIT with yourself. Check the EGO before you start a war nobody else signed up for.
