Mishra Jee is working as a clerk with Women and Child Development office at Maharajganj in UP.
His restless wife was secretly following him by hiding herself in a burqa. When Mishra Jee went to have tea at a stall in front of his office his wife started making video of him with two other women who were sitting there and having tea.
One of the woman got angry and she snatched and smashed her phone. After that angry wife of Mishra Jee dragged him by collar till his office and created high voltage drama.
It was alleged that in past too she alleged him of extra marital affairs with different women from his office and even reached the house of those ladies and created drama.
We do not know whether Mishra Jee is having any affair or not but when someone will have such insane wife at home then what other option does the husband have?

"The bench pointed out that the wife in the instant case, failed to properly bring on record, the exact dates as to when such demands were made, and as to how much period did such demands persist. The judges said that the wife only made vague allegations..."

The judges noted that most of the statements recorded by the police were of the relatives of the complainant woman and were just 'copy paste' and nothing else.

The police, the bench noted, do not make inquiry with the neighbours of the matrimonial home and merely record statements of the witnesses who are either relatives of the wife or neighbours where her parents are residing.

Further, the judges said that it is not necessary that the police must file its charge-sheet against all those persons who are named in the FIR as well as statements of witnesses.

These observations were made after the bench noted that the persons named in the FIR in the instant case, were the husband, his parents, his brother, his married sister and her husband and also one of the husband's cousin.

Krishna Kumar ended his life on 18th December 2024 after facing continuous mental harassment from his fiancee and her mother, especially after Krishna got to know about her infidelity.
Krishna's family have been running post to pillar seeking justice but till date the police haven't registered the FIR.

CASE UPDATE**- The police called Krishna's fiancee just twice to the police station for questioning but now they are refusing to question her any further in order to avoid any kind of mental harassment to her. Also, the police handed over Krishna's seized phone to his family on 10th Jan, but didn't take any action based on the evidence in his phone, as claimed by his family.
