@burnsieoriginal I had the honour to talk with him for about 2-3 minutes. His wife had health issues, and we connected in the difficulty of taking care of the spouse in her declining health. He said it was the toughest battle he was fighting, which spoke volumes. He was just a great man/ husband.

@pewpewpew I manage a grocery store. Pork and beef are generally good for a year after frozen from fresh. If frozen, it should be good about 6-8 months after best before date.

@bornagainsteph Agreed. Charles Swindoll wrote a book called “ Improving your Serve”. I apply that in managing the store I’m on daily. Being a manager isn’t about power, but giving of oneself to serve customers and the staff to help them be all they can be.
