@hwinkler4real The government schools in LA that you so generously spend time in are all failing, Hank - mostly all have breakfast programs and year over year increasing failure rates. Breakfast isn’t the problem. Wasted money and lowered expectations are. Concentrate on that.

Bro wtf are you talking about? I live in Los Angeles and in the south; I am in LA 50% of the time. My house in the south is double the size. The heat and humidity are off the charts yet despite not being in CA since July 15, my electric bill is 500! Despite 4 ACs running around the clock in my house in the south, my electric bill was under 200. My trash bill is 1/3 what I pay in CA despite zero trash being collected. My houses gas is cheaper despite having tanks that are refilled - by at least half. My cars gas which is 93, is under $3 a gallon. My grocery bill is almost half what I pay in CA and my property taxes in the south despite paying more for my house in the south, less than 1/3 what I pay in California. I live on the water in the south. I see dolphins, bald eagles, deer, and can open carry. We can be on an island in under 30 minutes by boat, islands where wild horses roam. And people respect them. There aren’t trash and needles all over the beaches or drugged out zombies in our parks. The crime is super low as well. In California my home was broken into at 115 am and a couple of months later I was attacked walking across a gas station parking lot in LA. Despite being two different cities, the police didn’t show up either time. Here in the south the cops don’t play. The south also doesn’t reek like pot, we don’t have drug addicts on our streets, we don’t have tents lined up across every available sidewalk nor do we have graffiti everywhere. We are also friends with our neighbors who have dropped everything to lend a hand yet in CA it’s everyone for themselves. My neighbors home burnt to the ground 15 Jan 25. They’ve already finished rebuilding a more than 4000 sq ft home with an elevator and the cost to rebuild was 60% less than what my friends are paying in California. Or would be paying if they could get their homes plans approved. The people are nicer. There are churches in every neighborhood and we don’t have race wars or issues. We don’t have tons of illegals taking up housing and jacking up prices. We don’t have typhus in our cities either. Our state and local taxes are less than half Californias. We don’t have shootings. And we can shoot off fireworks!! The pride is strong here.
