@SYYNCROW Any exploits on here to get IP addresses and such would've worked on official servers, and it's not like the community can patch those out like they can with Northstar. It's looking good.

I've seen a few people asking if this "gets rid of attacks", and the short answer is yes. If an attacker wants to crash your server, they will have to track down the server's IP address. Private games not on the master server will be impossible to track down & crash.

@SYYNCROW The program is not malicious, and the source code is open for verification. Same rules for every other online game still apply, joining servers hosted by people you don't know could leave your computer vulnerable.

@infinitism If they attacked Apex then Respawn would put everyone on fixing the game. And IP bans don't work, they will just use a different VPN.

There are reports that attacks have restarted for both Titanfall 1 and 2. Seems like servers are getting crashed again.

Attacks on Titanfall 2 servers seemed to have resumed on a smaller scale. Getting sparse reports of matches being crashed as of now, including privates.

This person is able to crash any server they're in. There's also someone running around on Xbox completely invisible. There's also racist gamers in game chat every day. And cheaters that were reported months ago that still play every day. If we're the core, show us. @Respawn

Getting ddosed so hard to the point where i cant even throw nades to leave the game or move. Practically forcing me to take a penalty plus -120. This is a BIG problem @PlayApex

@thinkbruno Yes. You never needed to uninstall, and Respawn claims the crash exploit was patched.

Rescinding my statement about the TF2 servers being fine. There are still scattered issues across all platforms, including players not being able to get into a match at all; either not finding one or getting timed out by the servers. Some console players reported server attacks.
