Looking at the video again, it seems like she did raise her arm against the police, indicating that she would not have complied with orders peacefully, but that's just conjecture on my part. He does have a Facebook page, but strangely no posts; only this incident.

If we had audio, we might have heard the police orders, and her reply. Audio removal seems intentional, to get sympathy.

It's the responsibility of the woman/husband to inform the police that she's pregnant. As emotional as it was, she could have put herself and her child out of harm's way, by following orders.
