@LibbyBudd @james_rands Yes, some Cllrs saw sense at the time. The tactic may have worked for Tudeley but the people of Capel should never have been sacrificed by the rest of the borough. Legal help to get this far does not come cheap and it has been paid for by those living in the parish.

@james_rands The inspector picked up on most of the points @savecapel highlighted years ago. Concerns that were ignored by many Cllrs when they voted to take the plan forward - Maybe in the hope that their own parishes would not then be blighted by development?

@angela_funnell When TMBC and Sevenoaks plans failed on DTC surely TWBC should have paused to think to, but instead they spend ��4m before admitting it may be a problem.
