This is what happened when one consumer called PPL’s transition hotline. The call lasted 95 min. It did not go well.

This is PPL’s hotline. If they can’t handle a phone call, how can they handle the care of 280k New Yorkers?

According to this exhibit filled in court,
@PartnerwithPPL is demanding a higher reimbursement rate from all plans in NYS for CDPAP services than what they are currently paying all FI's.

The single FI initiative was supposed
to reduce State Medicaid costs, not increase them.
