🚨Finally! The long-delayed 73-km Bengaluru Business Corridor project, formerly the Peripheral Ring Road (PRR), is finally set to move forward, with tenders worth Rs 7,000 crore for civil works to be floated in three packages by March.

The project, being executed by Bengaluru Business Corridor Ltd (BBCL), a special purpose vehicle, aims to decongest Bengaluru by creating an alternate access-controlled corridor — an eight-lane road with a four-lane service roads - around the city, connecting major arterial roads such as Tumakuru Road and Hosur Road. Officials told @moneycontrolcom land acquisition for the first phase is in its final stages.
