3/ In the meantime, we want the board to know we're still out here and we still care enough to #savetheorcc. We want to send a strong message that #OurORCC is for more than 4 ppl - it's by the community and for the community. We want to know your visions for an inclusive ORCC.

We're happy to be transparent about our intentions and processes in making decisions. All we ask is for the ORCC board to do the same.

In this case, we made the decision that we thought would cause the least harm to survivors, and we stand by it. At the same time, we know that we're not perfect, and we're open to being wrong.
