@cassliesh The key is to eat less and watch out for foods/ ingredients that trigger. Also, after you eat, always move. Pacing back-and-forth for 10 minutes is just as good. Helps with digestion.
working out in the morning and night before shower to help my skin. trying to take 5 min showers twice a day because think i shower to long and its inefficient. my skin routine and everything after/ outside the shower is different but i want the actual shower part to be 5 mins.
