@jeffreyjohnbell @zydecocatuk 2/2 Much more is being demolished/rebuilt than it may at first appear - the history and character will be destroyed (shiny & new is not what people always want/look for) and the community dissolved. Continuity, community, layout, history and character all impact viability.

The words of a friend: My heart bleeds. These 2 beautiful people created & nurtured 1 of the best social, creative & cultural centres in Cambridge, The Flying Pig. Such things, when they are rolling along, are loved & admired but, rightly, taken for granted. They are just there.
