In bad weather, good planting…
Despite the instability created by the pandemic, the "Furrows in the Desert" project is expanding production. After recent good rains, planting 700 indigenous trees will improve soil quality, protect agricultural areas and improve the environment.
Despite being nervous at first of reading to my niece and her class of 4 year olds, I loved it! And pleased to hear they enjoyed it too. Thanks again @robertjgardner they loved the present! @saveyouracorns
All the pre-school children who graduated from Acorns Nurseries this summer were presented with a book 'Save Your Acorns' by Robert Gardner.
