Called $764.08 yesterday. SPY closed $771.33.
$770.34 is the new number and Wednesday is simple:
Hold $770.34 and $775 next. Low volatility grind.
Lose $770.34 and $760 gets tested. Still supported, just choppy.
Dealer positioning still extremely bullish. $760 is now a floor, not a ceiling.

We likely test 760 with target of 764 on $SPY tomorrow morning.
Need to see what happens at those two numbers to determine next but Wednesday would likely be either:
Tomorrow break 764 and 765-770 becomes the range, or
Hold 760 and we get pinned between 754-760 in consolidation on Wednesday.
The rest of the week could get more volatile depending on what happens tomorrow/Wednesday.
$764.08 is the number to watch for now though. Let’s see.

@itsjcmerlo@realDonaldTrump Options structure is bogging it down right now. Need to burn short term gamblers gambling in a quick turn around quickly. Sideways movements will do that.
And what happens if the Clarity Act doesn’t pass? Oh right, you just tell people to buy more after they’re underwater on the position.
Or you could just wait for confirmation on the passing…lose out on some profits but not have to worry about gambling on whether it’ll pass or not.
🤔
Who's ready to finally add or increase their positions?
Options are finally cheap and it looks like our rally will likely continue upward toward $SPY 755.
Dark pool buying also confirmed for this.
We'll see how long it will lasts.

@stockmom Potential for end of this year or early next year just off of cycle peak ending, but right now option positioning is still being shown to the upside. Until that changes, I stay bullish.
TRUMP PAUSES IRAN STRIKE FOR DEAL
President Donald Trump said the U.S. will hold off on a planned attack on Iran if a rapid agreement is reached to curb Tehran’s nuclear program and fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump said Iran and other Middle Eastern countries requested time to finalize a deal, adding Israel supports the pause while the U.S. remains ready to strike if talks fail.
Iran denied seeking a pause and said its forces remain on the highest level of readiness. Earlier, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi warned any new U.S. or Israeli attack would prompt a “proportionate response.” Saudi Arabia urged dialogue and de-escalation.

People hate selling at a loss, but it's often the best thing you can do.
During this correction, I reduced risk when $QQQ lost $705 Critical Support level.
When it lost the Quarterly Pivot at $686, I went completely risk off, closing roughly 90% of my positions, many at a loss.
Over the last few days, I've been buying some of these positions back around the $671 Final Support level.
That's how you manage risk and avoid major drawdowns.
Was my execution perfect? No.
Did I take a few swings and misses on the way down? Absolutely.
Is this the bottom? No idea.
But managing risk and preserving capital is a trader's top priority.
It's easy to buy a stock back, it's much harder to recover from a large drawdown.
