The effects of NightCare are both immediate and long-term. We give babies a safe place to sleep, but we also create access to a different future — one outside the sex industry. NightCare is breaking the cycle of abuse and poverty in the lives of hundreds of little ones. ❤️
Some weeks the news is just heavy. Tragedy in Gaza, little ones in Afghanistan who don't have enough to eat, Ebola spreading in Congo… These aren't statistics to us — they're the exact population Saving Moses was built to serve. ❤️
While discussions about sex work can be tense, emotional, and often focused on the "morality" of the industry as a whole, we see a an urgent problem that needs an immediate solution.

The Ebola outbreak in DRC is hitting women the hardest, and pregnant and nursing mothers are among the most vulnerable. When a health crisis collides with pregnancy, the risks multiply fast. Saving Moses is on the ground because vulnerable moms can't wait for the crisis to pass.

In some places, giving birth costs everything. In South Sudan—one of the world’s most unstable countries—maternal care is scarce and options are nearly nonexistent. For many women, childbirth can be a death sentence. That’s why we’re preparing to expand BirthAid there.
Plastic sheet. Gauze. String. A clean razor. Gloves. Soap. That's it. That's often the difference between a safe birth and a baby with sepsis. And in many parts of South Sudan — clinics don't even have that.
