Biden is trying to avoid Iranian deaths. These are Kataib #Hezbollah commanders in #Iraq who were killed tonight and they fit a pattern with the previous U.S. targeted killing in January of a Harakat Hezbollah Al-Nujuba operative Mushtaq Taleb al-Saeedi, who wasn't Iranian either.
