My husband rcvd a package tdy but was asleep so I couldnt share the OTP with the delivery boy. The delivery boy said he wouldn't be able to give me the package but would keep it with the watchman downstairs and ask him to h/o the pckg only after...tbc

@SwiggyCares The delivery was for a location that is not difficult to find. It is just that your boys hv gotten used to calling and getting the address instead of reading the address..most of the calls are ..where is your building..we don't have the address..

@SwiggyCares The response is a waste of time. You have been matter of fact that you will cancel at will. It is a one sided relationship according to you. If I couldn't take the delivery partners calls how would I take anybody else calls at that time if I am unable to.

@SwiggyCares My understanding is that we feed our address in your app and you are supposed to deliver to that address. Countless orders have been delivered to mine. Why did your delivery partner cancel my order within an hour of placing the order and why should I bear the loss of Rs.1900+

@SwiggyCares Also please tell me where can I read your terms and conditions that says you are allowed to cancel my order if 'your' delivery partner is allowed to cancel my order within a short span of time if I don't respond to calls for whatever reason.

@SwiggyCares I want you to resolve this issue and respond to my queries. That's all. Why was the delivery partner compensated for a delivery he chose to cancel?? Is my address not clear in your app? Could he not ask around or did he choose to simply cancel because he could find the address?
