I made a video about it a few months ago. It’s a very useful power plan setting but it is also known to cause the very latency it’s trying to fix.

Because there are other schedulers in the background influencing windows and your CPU turbo behavior. That’s just where the 15 ms to turbo behavior comes from

Play BF4 vs 2042, you'll instantly recognize the TTK/Inertia ruining the gameplay because everyone is b hopping 24/7

@FragstarGames @alisaad40002 The movement is very jittery, sluggish movement is what actually looks natural to people, because you are carrying literally 50-100 lbs of gear on you. Look at BF4 for example. Yes it's slower but looks way more normal. Look at BF2042, looks very jittery and unnatural.

@Buildzoid1 for msi all verions work right now. Even the latest one that was released yesterday. I managed to get a hold of all the previous versions as well before they got deleted and removed from online forums.

@Buildzoid1 The latest app centers from all the MOBO companies allow you to tweak the core voltage for 7950X3D chip. Including the V-cache chip. You can set the voltage as high as you want and the bclk as well.
The core frequencies are however locked still. 1 step closer.
