@kamleshdaaji I live many thousand miles away from my grandaughter, we meet 1x/2x a year. Yet each visit, she comes running into my arms as I enter, w/open arms, a very happy, joyful & wide smile on her face that shows in her eyes & a tight hug. Is this love or something else at play I wonder?
When we centre ourselves and find awareness through meditation, it brings us back to the realisation of who we truly are and how we should behave and act.

Vitamin C is obviously extremely important for our overall health and there are 4 key things you can do to improve your levels:
👉Avoid Sugar*
👉Use Vitamin C Supplements
👉Eat Foods High in Vit. C - yellow bell peppers, kiwis, strawberries, broccoli
👉Boost Glutathione - referred to as the Master Antioxidant- cruciferous veggies, fish, avocados, spinach. Long-term high blood sugar is associated with reduced amounts of glutathione. This can lead to oxidative stress and tissue damage. NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) and glycine can replenish.
*Sugar and Vitamin C have a similar structure and enter cells using the same pathway, the GLUT receptors - this receptor has a preference for glucose, which means it will choose sugar over Vitamin C.
Heartfulness is a state of being where the center or locus of control is the heart. It allows one to look past judgment and see things as they are. Such objectivity is rare. Often, when people are meditating, negative self-talk hampers them. It stops them from looking at themselves because “who would want to be criticized?” If you can listen to it with all humility, then you can emerge as a better person.
A Heartfulness way of meditation sensitizes us from within so that we can continuously keep changing and evolving for the better. As a result, we become a better person. Heartfulness practice can make one more analytical, contemplative, and creative.

For sustainable health, fitness and well-being at all levels, the journey is a continuous one.
For children, this needs to start young at home and in schools - more than 1 day a year and more than 1 class per week.

We practice asanas and pranayama to boost our immunity and overall health, but true wellness extends beyond just physical health. Health and fitness should encompass our mental and emotional well-being too.
This is why yoga, as a practice, is so important. Yoga integrates both body and mind, promoting balance and harmony.
With meditation as the seventh step of yoga, it supports your holistic well-being, fostering inner peace and mental clarity. By embracing the full spectrum of yoga, we nurture our entire being and achieve complete wellness.
