Try #nyzo instead. Lightweight virtual Server instead of high power consuming mining hardware. Each verifier will verify a block in a circular order. So there is no way a verifier does no work. And if it misses its shot - the verifier is kicked. Do or gone. Simple as that.

Investor pays mortgage in advance, to get back a certain interest rate. Owner benefits by avoiding the rest of the interest rate.
@btcvalgardena I don't get it. While BTC allows for BTC transfers without a central authority, how are we going to deal with a central authority that has the power of fining people who are using cash or BTC? How do you escape from that, even being able to use BTC?
