@dgrsilvestre HAHAHHA alam mo ba gaano katagal dinggin ang kaso dito sa Pinas? months to years. Madami rin nakakulong sa MCJ na detained lamang for years pero pag abot sa korte, acquitted due to lack of evid.or false claims lang.

@dgrsilvestre korte magdedecide if guilty o hindi. hindi base sa haka-haka o suspicion. if ma acquit siya sa last 2 case= proven innocent tlaga from the start. walang bahid.

@dgrsilvestre ok lang ba? suspect=pinaghihinalaan hindi ibig sabihin ginawa mo talaga. kita mo naman rin na acquitted siya dahil baseless yung isang kaso. while yung remaining 2, kita mo rin na niretract na ng main witnesses ang testimony nila. Judge kana ba para sabihing guilty?

@dgrsilvestre hindi kriminal. Hindi porke't may nabasang "final/junked"etc.e guilty. Madaming technicalities at procedure ang involved sa trial. as said earlier may petition for ganito, motion to dismiss but it doesn't mean ruling na agad yon sa main case. here, may current update na

@dgrsilvestre TWICE na toh a, DETAINED is not the same as CONVICTION. Detention is holding someone while being suspected of a crime under on-going investigation. nakakulong lang sya pero hanggang ngayon, siya ay inosente. Wala syang “guilty” na hatol mula sa korte. therefore, not convicted,

@dgrsilvestre ions for recon.,motion to dismiss, demurrer, petition to--etc.each of those, may ilalabas na decision ang korte whether to deny or grant it. AGAIN hindi yon conviction sa criminal case. sa remaining 2 cases ni delima ddinggin pa, walang finality.

@dgrsilvestre Nakakulong with no criminal record. paulit-ulit, acquitted nga sa several cases may pending lang. pending=no judgement/finality= no crim record. arbitrary detention (hr violation)= physically kulong pero hindi guilty, nor convicted, no crim.record. HAAAY. Ano tntry mong ijustfy?

@dgrsilvestre na-share ko na yan before elections pa. tnry mag-educate ng maayos pero what's the point if sarado ang isip, refuses to read/learn, babardahan ng "ikaw na matalino" etc.they start to ridicule you. kahit na di mo iniinsulto or minamaliit. Paano ang "unity" niyan.
